Membership is a monthly plan for people who come in on a regular schedule. You pay one price each month for a set number of visits, and you save 10% compared to paying each time. Plans start January 1, 2027. There is no contract, and you can cancel anytime.
Regular visit memberships (30 minutes)
- 1 visit a month: $81 a month (regular price $90, you save $9)
- 2 visits a month: $162 a month (regular price $180, you save $18)
- 4 visits a month: $324 a month (regular price $360, you save $36)
Want more time on a day you come in? Regular members can make any one visit an Extended Visit (45 minutes) for $35 extra.
Extended visit memberships (45 minutes)
Extended visits give you more time with Dr. Corey. That means a more thorough exam, longer adjustments, and extra care like heat, cold, or muscle relaxation work.
- 1 visit a month: $112.50 a month (regular price $125, you save $12.50)
- 2 visits a month: $225 a month (regular price $250, you save $25)
- 4 visits a month: $450 a month (regular price $500, you save $50)
Who membership is best for
- People just starting care who may need to come in more often at first
- People who sit at a desk or look at a phone a lot and feel better when they come in often
- Athletes and weekend players who want to stay ahead of injuries
- People with hypermobility or EDS, who often do best with steady, gentle care
- Anyone on a care plan who would rather pay one flat amount each month
New to Golden Bear? Start with an intake visit. After that, you can join the plan that fits how often you need to come in. Not sure which one to pick? Ask Dr. Corey at your intake visit. Memberships start January 1, 2027.
How billing works
You pay once a month, on the day you sign up. Memberships are month to month, so there is no contract. You can cancel any time before your next billing date.
Visits do not roll over. If you don't use all your visits in a month, they don't carry over to the next month. If you are traveling or sick, you can pause your membership for up to one month.
If your payment doesn't go through, we'll try one more time. If it fails again, you can keep getting care. You'll just pay the regular price for each visit.
Your first visit (the intake) and re-evaluation visits are not part of the membership, so you pay the regular price for those. You also can't use a membership at the same time as a prepaid 10-visit package. Our 24-hour cancellation policy still applies to each appointment, so please cancel at least 24 hours ahead if you can't make it.
