From Downtown Hayward, it's about a 10-minute drive north on Mission Blvd or I-880 to the office at 151 Callan Ave, Suite 201. Hayward BART to San Leandro BART is two stops, and the office is a 10-minute walk from San Leandro station.

Transparent, flat-rate pricing
Golden Bear is out-of-network with all insurance on purpose, so every visit has one flat price and no itemized surprise billing. Current rates are $150 for the intake visit and $70 for a regular visit, and new rates take effect January 1, 2027. A detailed superbill is available on request if you want to submit to your insurer yourself.
