- Pacific Center for Human Growth (Berkeley): the Bay Area's oldest LGBT community center, with peer groups and counseling.

- Lyon-Martin Community Health (San Francisco): primary and gender-affirming care.
- Gender Health SF (San Francisco Department of Public Health): access to gender-affirming surgery for under-resourced, uninsured, and underinsured SF residents.

- QueerCare: free volunteer post-op support in the Bay Area.
Mental health

- EDS Support Group of Silicon Valley: 460+ members, a Facebook community, and a list of EDS-knowledgeable local providers.
- The Ehlers-Danlos Society: helpline, virtual support groups, and a provider directory.
Queer sports and community
- OutLoud Sports Oakland: kickball, dodgeball, volleyball, pickleball, and more for LGBTQ+ folks and allies.
- East Bay Front Runners and Walkers: LGBTQ running and walking club around Oakland and Berkeley.
- San Francisco Gay Softball League: open and Women's+ leagues, all skill levels.
- San Leandro Pride: our hometown Pride each July, with drag, vendors, and a pup costume contest.
