From Downtown Berkeley, it is roughly 20 to 25 minutes south on I-880, or a BART ride to San Leandro station, which is about a 10-minute walk from the office at 151 Callan Ave, Suite 201. Free 2-hour parking is available in the adjoining lot, a nearby garage, or on the street.

Berkeley patients get the same GRSM-competent intake and respectful, hands-on treatment as everyone else.
Straightforward pricing
Golden Bear is out-of-network with all insurance on purpose, so every visit has one flat price and no itemized surprise billing. Current rates are $150 for the intake visit and $70 for a regular visit, and new rates take effect January 1, 2027. A detailed superbill is available on request.
