Our transparent pricing model is designed to make chiropractic services accessible to all, ensuring that you can achieve optimal health and affordably start "Feeling Your Best!"

Intakes - $100 (March 1st onwards $150)

Your journey to improved health begins with an extremely comprehensive intake session. During this initial visit, our experienced chiropractor will take the time to understand your unique needs, medical history, and concerns. We'll conduct a detail oriented examination to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific condition(s). The $100 intake fee covers the cost of this detailed assessment, and if indicated an adjustment/muscle work, ensuring that we have a solid foundation on which to build your path to wellness.

Regular Visits - $60 (March 1st onwards $70)

Once your initial intake is complete, you'll move on to regular chiropractic visits. At Golden Bear Chiropractic, we offer these visits at the affordable rate of $60. During these sessions, our skilled chiropractor will complete a detailed analysis of your posture, identify areas of joint restriction, identify areas of muscle tone abnormalities, provide necessary adjustments your body needs, and treatments to address the areas that need addressing on that particular day. This works towards alleviating your discomfort, enhancing your mobility, and promoting your overall wellness.

Extended Chiropractic Visits - $80 (March 1st onwards $90)

At Golden Bear Chiropractic, we understand that there are days when our practice members may require extra care due to specific conditions, activities, or personal preferences. That's why we offer extended chiropractic visits priced at $80. These extended visits are designed to provide additional supportive modalities and personalized care to meet your unique needs when you know you're going to require more attention than a regular chiropractic visit.

During an extended chiropractic visit, our dedicated chiropractor will spend extra time with you to address your specific concerns and provide comprehensive care. This extended visit allows for a more thorough examination, in-depth adjustments, and the inclusion of supportive modalities such as heat therapy, cold therapy, muscle relaxation techniques, or other advanced treatments.

Re-evaluation Visits - $75 (March 1st onwards $85)

Your health is dynamic, and we understand that your needs may evolve over time. Our re-evaluation visits, priced at $75, allow us to assess your progress, make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan, and ensure you continue to receive the most effective care possible. These sessions are an essential part of your ongoing wellness journey.

Membership Option -$300/month ($900/quarter)

To make your chiropractic care even more accessible and convenient, we offer a membership option. Our membership includes either 8 regular chiropractic visits/month or 6 extended chiropractic visits/month billed quarterly. A membership plan results in a savings of more than $180/month compared to paying for treatments as you go. This allows you to prioritize your health with the flexibility and consistency you deserve. Memberships are available in convenient quarterly installments, making it easy to manage your healthcare costs and maintain a proactive approach to your well-being.

Insurance

We at Golden Bear Chiropractic are considered OUT OF NETWORK with all insurances and are NON-PAR with Medicare. We keep ourselves out of the insurance networks to keep our prices affordable for everyone but especially those in the marginalized communities that may be unable to afford chiropractic care otherwise. If we were to accept insurance, all of the services provided at Golden Bear Chiropractic would have to become itemized, thus increasing your and the practice's costs. We are firm believers in inclusive care at inclusive pricing and this practice model is the only way in which we can operate with that philosophy.

Please Note that, although we do not accept insurance, we do as a courtesy, do provide upon request only, the option to create detailed receipts that include all the information needed for you to obtain reimbursement from your insurance company. This information includes Golden Bear Chiropractic's EIN, Dr. Corey's NPI, your CPT codes, and the associated ICD-10 codes. If you are requesting this service please allow up to 3 weeks after your visit for this detailed receipt to be put together. We make every possible effort to make sure there are not any denials but, because all insurance plans are different, if your insurance company denies any detailed receipt provided by Golden Bear Chiropractic then it is your responsibility to request the reason for the denial and bring that with you to your following visit. No one who works at Golden Bear Chiropractic will interact with representatives of your insurance company without a specific Health Information Release Form signed by you. In other words, when it comes to insurance, everything outside of the detailed receipt is your responsibility.
